A: We use sealed Plywood packages with iron pallets which is stronger and durable. If products are damaged when you received, please send us photos and we will replace the freely.

A: ACE will provide you Shop Drawing for confirm before production. If you received the wrong order, ACE will resend you a new one freely.
Q: Can you provide samples for quality testing?
A: Yes, sample is available, but clients will need to pay for the express cost.
